Shook praised Branch’s pro-readiness, noting his athletic ability and natural catching skills. Dillon Thieneman might be the biggest defensive standout of the Combine. Measuring 6’1” and 201 pounds, he clocked a blistering 4.35 40-yard dash and a 40.5-inch vertical leap. Shook hailed his performance as flawless, with Next Gen Stats awarding him the top athleticism score among safeties. But here’s the kicker: Thieneman’s stock has risen so dramatically that the Steelers might need to snag him at No. 21 overall, earlier than many anticipated. His on-field workout was so exceptional that Trevor Sikkema compared it to a masterpiece worthy of the Louvre, solidifying his first-round status.
